Pool Lifeguard Vacancy (Female)
Title: Pool Lifeguard Vacancy (Female) - Exclusive for Registered Members
➤➤ Introduction:
We are currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated Female Pool Lifeguards to join our team. This position is exclusively available for registered members and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety and well-being of our valued community. The location of the position is in the UAE, with opportunities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from AED 2000 to 2500 per month, along with additional benefits as per UAE Labour Law. Please note that training and lifeguard license fees, as well as consulting fees, may be subject to charge to candidates. This is a full-time, permanent position.
➤➤ Job Responsibilities:
➤ Monitor pool areas and ensure the safety of patrons by providing immediate response and assistance in case of emergencies.
➤ Conduct regular surveillance of the pool to prevent accidents and enforce safety rules and regulations.
➤ Perform water rescues and administer appropriate first aid and CPR as needed.
➤ Maintain accurate records of incidents and complete required documentation.
➤ Assist with pool maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of pool facilities.
➤ Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
➤➤ Requirements:
To be considered for the position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
➤ Must be at least 18 years of age.
➤ Ability to swim 400 meters non-stop.
➤ Proficiency in swimming 50 meters breaststroke and 25 meters side stroke.
➤ Strong water treading skills for a minimum of 5 minutes.
➤ Capability to perform a 3-meter dive and retrieve objects.
➤ Confidence in climbing out of the pool unaided.
➤ Comfortable diving to the deepest side of the pool.
➤ Possession of a recognized Lifesaving Certificate is advantageous.
➤ Holding a First Aid Certificate is an advantage.
